24Host7 provides domain registration and website hosting. 24Host7 is part of DivyWeb LLC, based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean 24Host7 and DivyWeb LLC. This policy covers our website, our customer account area, and the services we provide.
When you sign up or buy something: your name, business name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
When you pay: payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not keep your full card number on our systems.
When you ask us for help: what you write to us and any files you attach, so we can answer and keep a record of the conversation.
When you visit our website: information your browser sends automatically, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you here, your device and browser type, and your general location based on your internet address.
Your website itself: the files and data you store with us. We do not look through them except when you ask us to, to keep our servers safe, or when the law requires it.
